Soumya Dutta is a longstanding people's science activist leader who has engaged extensively with a broad range of climate, energy, and ecological issues over the past three decades in India and other South Asian countries. He actively engaged with the UNFCCC process, the national and sub-national Climate Action plans in India, as well as with informal sector workers groups across India. He has lectured and engaged in knowledge building across a broad spectrum of these issues.
